The Casual Leader was born out of a frustration many of us share—seeing leadership misrepresented in a sea of bad leadership examples and poor business knowledge in a sea of “get rich quick” schemes.
We knew there had to be a better way to make business and leadership accessible, relatable, and downright achievable for everyone. So, we rolled up our sleeves, ditched the boring traditional format, and got to work.
We set out to create an offering and a community where leadership is demystified, redefined and celebrated in all its everyday forms.
Our Story
The Casual Leader was founded by a woman in tech (fintech to be more precise) with decades of experience in startups, hyper growth and fast-growing companies from all over the world.
